The recently passed November 5th marked the end of Daylight Saving Time in the United States. Now, I can sleep an extra hour, and it feels great. However, after a day or two, I still feel like I’m not getting enough sleep. In this issue, I will introduce the calculation methods for the time difference between the United States’ Daylight Saving Time and China. I prefer two more efficient conversion methods. Regarding the one-hour time difference between Japan/Korea and China, as it is relatively straightforward to calculate, it will not be covered in this issue.
