If you need to reach the destination quickly, but the highway is crowded, what do you do? Well, in the US or Korea, and some cities of China, you are allowed to run on a special lane called HOV lane or carpool lane, but requirements are, either your car is occupied with minimum 2 or 3 people or your car is recently bought electric or hydrogen clean air car, that qualifies to run on that lane. The sticker on the car can certify that qualification.
